Student Instructions

1. Open the website http://www.conceptkeys.com/
2. Click on "Education"
3. Click on "Students"
4. If you do not have an account with Concept Keys already, please skip down to the section below titled "Account Creation". Upon completion of this section, return to here.
5. If you have not logged in to your account, do so by clicking "log in" and then return to this page.
6. If you have not signed up for your program, please see the section below titled "Signing Up for Your Program", then return here.
7. If you have not paid for your program, please see the section below titled "Paying for Your Program", then return here.
8. Accessing your program is done through your Participants Page. You will receive email notification when each key is ready for you to access at the email address provided.

Account Creation

1. Open the website http://www.conceptkeys.com/
2. Click on "Education"
3. Click on "Students"
4. Click on "create your Concept Keys account"
5. Enter your email address.
6. Enter your first and last name.
7. Click Next.
8. Verify the information is correct and click Finish.
9. Email will arrive from conceptkeys.com that will contain your Username (your email) and your Password. You should save this message for future reference.
10. You are now ready to log into your account. Please return to the Student Instructions above.

Signing Up for Your Program

1. Open the website http://www.conceptkeys.com/
2. Click on "Education"
3. Click on "Students"
4. Click on "sign up for your program" OR click the URL provided to you in the Account Creation email you received. Note, if you are not logged in, you will first be sent to the log in page and upon success you will be sent to the sign up page.
5. Select your school and click Next.
6. Select your class and click Next.
7. Verify this the correct information and if so, click Finish.
8. You have now "signed up" for your Program and are ready to move on to Paying for your program. Please return to the Student Instructions above.

Paying for Your Program

If you have just completed signing up for your program:

1. Click the "Buy Now" button.

If you did not pay when you signed up for your program:

1. Open the website http://www.conceptkeys.com/
2. Click on the "PARTICIPANTS" menu in the upper right corner. Note, if you are not logged in, you will first be sent to the log in page and upon success you will be sent to your Participants Page.
3. If you have any programs that are not marked as "PAID" in the "Current Programs" section, you can click on that program and view more information. If you wish to make payment, you can do so by clicking the program and then on the following page, clicking the "Buy Now" button.

The following instructions are a continuation from either scenario above:

1. If you clicked the Buy Now button, you will be transferred to the PayPal website for this transaction. Pay for the class either with an existing PayPal account or by Credit Card.
2. Once we have received notification of your payment, the status of the program will change to PAID on the Participants Page. Please note, if you are paying with your PayPal account and using a bank transfer to do so, it may take a few days for the transaction to complete.
3. You have now paid for your program. Please return to the Student Directions above.
