As a student, you will enroll in the program created by your teacher. You will then receive your own account area (the My Home tab) that will contain your program information. Your program will likely consist of the following:
- Keys and Micro-lessons
- Food for Thought sections containing questions
- Most Important Key selections
- Action Plans
- Retention Quizzes
- Your Engagement Index
- Certification Test (optional)
Your teacher (or designate) will have access to all of your activity during this program. The typical "day in the life" of a particpant in one of our programs is a quick process that takes just five minutes of your time!
- Check your email for today's key
- Click the link and login to the CK website
- Click and complete each task you have yet to finish
- Most days, that's it... but every fifth Key, you'll have some additional tasks:
- Retention Quiz
- Most Important Key
- Action Plan
- Outcome of Last Week's Action Plan
Most participants spend no more than five minutes per day, with an additional five minutes for the fifth Key tasks.
If you do not have a CK account, you need to create your Concept Keys account.
Once you have created and activated your account, you will need to sign up for the program for your class. This is an easy step-by-step process for which you will need basic information about your school, teacher, and class. To pay for your program you will either a credit card or a PayPal account.
Note: if you do not pay for your program right away, (eChecks take three to five days to clear) it will show up on your "My Home" tab under the Held Programs section. Clicking on that course name will take you to the purchase page as well as provide more information why there is a hold on your program.
Once you have completed the sign-up process and successfully paid for your program, you should head on over to your My Home tab. This is where all of your current programs will be listed, giving you access to the available Keys and quizzes for each and showing you your current To-Do list.
