Insights into Dr. Powers

"If the information is not understandable and valuable at the most basic level, if the employees are not motivated to improve, if the organization does not have a solid support program for improvement and change, or if the organization does not have systematic implementation of a strategic plan, employees at all levels simply wait out the hot topic of the moment and keep on doing things the way that they always have done them. Little is actually improved."
Will Powers

"Our special Concept Keys workforce development system provides employees with the fastest professional-improvement opportunity. These programs allow an entire workforce to immediately improve the skills and culture that are essential for success in today's working environment. This system has achieved enormous success and is a superior approach to workforce development."
